Support Options
If you are caring for someone who is aged (65+, or 50+ for people who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander), has a disability, or who has dementia, we can provide information and supports to assist you and the person you are caring for.
Support groups for carers
We run a number of support groups for carers. Support groups enable carers to come together to meet regularly to share information and for the members to support each other. Support groups provide carers with reassurance and comfort in knowing they are not alone.
Hospital to Home
A hospital stay can be a challenging time. This program can assist with recovery at home after discharge from a Private Hospital.
Interchange
We provide individual and group options for children and young people with disability.
Our volunteer based programs match children and young people with volunteer carers to provide a range of respite, social, and recreational opportunities.
Volunteers supporting young people with disability
Volunteers support to provide a range of respite, social, and recreational opportunities for children and young people with disability. Volunteers come with various experiences and backgrounds and all contribute in their unique way.
