Felicity is CEO of Upper Murray Family Care. She has held executive and senior management positions in marketing, public relations, communications and general management in industries including tertiary education, secondary education, and not-for-profit organisations.

An experienced board director, she is also a Board Director of Family Relationship Services Australia, and Deputy Chair of Gateway Health. Supporting her passion for supporting economic and community development within our local regions, Felicity is Acting Chair of the Ovens Murray Regional Partnership. She is a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master in Business Administration.

Kath has been working in the Social Work field 27 years in a range of leadership and management roles in Child and Family Services, Women’s Health, Community Development and Disability Services.
Kath has an academic background in Social Work and Business Management. Kath is passionate about children’s voices being heard and that they have every opportunity to reach their full potential in life and grow up strong.

Melinda has a background in early childhood, tertiary education and academics, then moved in to leadership in the out of home care and family services sector. Melinda has worked in education and non for profit organisations for the last 20 years, gaining an understanding of the importance of people in our community having access to learning and support to build connections throughout their lives. Melinda has qualifications in early childhood, educational leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership. Melinda is the Executive Sponsor of the Sanctuary Model, having worked within the framework and in previous roles being a part of the certification process over a three year period.

Melinda has lived experience as a carer and is the proud parent of three children, and alongside her husband calls Yackandandah home.

Narelle is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive accounting and finance experience from working in public practice and the state, commonwealth, and local government sectors for 40+ years.  She has a passion for innovation and supporting people and the environment, so is focussed on ensuring UMFC remains efficient and is a financially and environmentally sustainable organisation.  Narelle has the welfare of UMFC staff and clients at the centre of everything we do.

Narelle has had experience as a Board member and has chaired Audit and Risk Committees in health and local government, so brings those insights into her reporting to the UMFC Board, its committees, and auditors.

With a warm passion for the welfare and care of children and families in our community, Dean was first appointed to the UMFC Board in October 2012 and is proud to have held the positions of Treasurer (2013-2019) and Chair since 2019.

As a Partner in National Business Advisory firm RSM, Dean is a trusted commercial and business advisor and he pursues best practice & effective Governance and Leadership principles for the UMFC Board and Executive.

The successful implementation of the new Strategic Plan and providing strong stewardship to the organisation is his priority at this time.

Appointed to the Board on 25th November 2019, Jacqui is currently an audit manager with Findex Albury, with a strong focus on the not for profit sector. Jacqui previously worked with YES Unlimited.

Appointed to the Board on 25 October 2011, Robyn is the ExecGeneral Manager of Regional Performance and Operations at Centacare SWNSW. Prior to this role she was the Execuitve Director Corporate Operations at Northeast Health Wangaratta, Operations Director Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre, Robyn also worked as CEO for Tallangatta Health Service and CEO for the Queen Elizabeth Centre Early Parenting Public Hospital. Robyn also has a history of employment in Health and Safety & Environment.

Appointed to the Board on 26th October 2017. Thomas is the People & Culture Business Partner at Sureway Employment & Training. Thomas has dedicated his career to serving the most vulnerable members of our communities and brings a wealth of experience to his role. More recently, he utilizes his expertise to support colleagues in delivering services to community members, ensuring effective and compassionate assistance for those in need. His commitment to the community services industry is unwavering, and he is driven by a profound passion for empowering disadvantaged individuals to create positive change in their lives.

Appointed to the Board on 23rd February 2017, Paul practiced as a solicitor, most recently with Robb & Associates, specialising in Criminal and Personal Injury until retirement in June 2016.

Tracy has previous experience working in both Marketing and Human Resources across a number of local organisations and is currently the Executive Director of People and Innovation at Gateway health. Appointed to the board on 21^st October 2021

Meagan has an academic background in Marketing and PR and is currently the Specialist Channel Director at Mars Pet Nutrition based in Wodonga. She has worked at Mars for the last 17 years, in a variety of Sales and Marketing leadership roles.

Meagan is a dedicated and active advocate for equity and ally in our community and is a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Team at Mars. Meagan is the current President of the Parents Club at Bandiana Primary and also a proud business mentor of First Nation start up business’.

With two small children of her own, Meagan is a passionate believer that every child and young person should be cared for.

Appointed to the Board on the 23rd of February 2024, Marni is currently the General Manager of Customer and Culture at North East Water where she leads everything to do with customers, human resources, OHS / wellbeing and payroll. She is a contributor to the North East Water Board including the People and Culture Committee. She has also had significant local government experience having led people and culture functions for over 15 years. Marni has led organisational transformation relating to organisational redesign, performance management, and organisational development amongst many other things. Through her experience Marni has developed a significant appreciation for community based services and the impact they have.

Marni loves living in Wodonga.

Cam joined the UMFC Board in February 2024. Cam has held various leadership roles around the North East Victoria region, most recently as Chief Technology and Information Manager at Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW).

Originally from beautiful Tasmania, Cam has held senior IT management and General Management roles within the local wine industry over a 17 year period before moving into the health sector. Prior to NHW Cam held IT Management and Project Management roles at Albury Wodonga Health, and later led the establishment of a Performance Management unit.
